+Heating rates provided by the RRTMG were not mapped correctly onto the numerical grid and were thus treated correctly. Heating rates due to shortwave radiation divergence were mapped starting at k = nzb+1, while the actual surface level at the respective location were not considered. Further, in case of non-zero minimum value of terrain (as it can occur in nested runs), also the longwave heating rates were not mapped correctly.
