+The date and time are now set via the initialization parameter 'origin_date_time'. This has to be of format "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss +ZZ" and replaces parameters time_utc_init and day_of_year_init. Palm now considers leap years between 1804 and 2296. The introduced changes result in slightly different results of the radiation.
