     31Release of the preliminary version of the wind turbine model (WTM) (Makefile, check_parameters, init_3d_model, package_parin, parin, prognostic_equations, time_integration, wind_turbine_model_mod).
     32* The WTM calculates the effect of wind turbines on the flow field. The initial version contains only the advanced actuator disk with rotation method (ADM-R). The wind turbines include the tower effect, can be yawed and tilted. The wind turbine model includes controllers for rotational speed, pitch and yaw. Currently some specifications of the NREL 5 MW reference turbine are hardcoded whereas most input data comes from the external file [../../app/iofiles#WTM_DATA WTM_DATA].
