+New namelist paraeter {{{use_free_convection_scaling}}} introduced that adds the local free convection velocity scale to the horizontal wind speed at first grid level. Might be useful for low wind simulations where u* tends to zero, leading to the breakdown of MOST (and the calculation of surface fluxes). This should effectively impose a physically based lower limit of u*.
