The research at IMUK focuses on studies of micro- and mesoscale turbulent atmospheric boundary layers using large-eddy simulations. The work also involves advancements of the PALM model system, particularly the development of highly scalable and parallelized methods for all parts of the simulation process chain (numerics, I/O, and visualization). |
